Mark discusses why he chose Dr. Neil Berman over other dental practices.
Judy discuss her decision on implants with Dr. Berman.
Dear Dr. Neil,
I should have done this a long time ago. Better late than never!
Dr. Neil, you’ve spoiled me for life. I’ve had tons of work done the last few years on my teeth. I’ve been in the dentist chair for what it seems like hundreds of times. Every single time I sit down in someone’s office, I wish it was you working on me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m working with some highly regarded people, oral surgeons, periodontists and dentists. They are all great but they can’t hold a candle to you, Dr. Neil. You were and still are the best! Nobody made me as comfortable as you. My confidence in you makes all others look like amateurs. They all seem like they are inferior to you! Whenever I’m asked if I can sit in for a 1 ½ or 2 hour appointment, I always think of the time you worked on my teeth for 8 or 9 hours straight. When I walked out of your office, that day, it really only felt like a regular one hour appointment. Working with you has spoiled me with every dentist and doctor for the rest of my life.
I’ll leave you with this. I’m sure you remember what a big sports fan I am. Well, it’s rare when a son plays sports and he winds up better than his dad. Kobe and Griffey Jr. come to mind. You’re right there with these two guys. Your father should be proud. He was great but you’re better. I miss you and your office. Hope you don’t mind, I had to get this off my chest because you deserve it. Please tell Beth I also compare every office manager and receptionist to her as well. They fall short too! There is always a great woman along side a great man.
Hope this card finds both of you well and happy. I truly do miss you both!
Sincerely,
Your Best Patient,
Gary
